RETAIL STRUCTURE AND SALES ORGANIZATION
The distribution chain management is the outcome of a strategic coordination among the different crucial
steps that the product goes through, first inside the company within the marketing strategies, than all along the sales network whose premises are organized in a logistic, administrative, retail and supply areas. The operations are mainly performed in the premises inside Interporto Campano di Nola (on a 7500 sq mt surface), whereas the distribution is located in the CIS in Nola (4000 sq mt surface) for the South of Italy, while the distribution for the North of Italy and Europe is managed in the Centergross in Funo Argelato (2000 sq mt surface). Recently, a new distribution has been launched to the Balkans area whose premises are in Belgrade.
Along with the main distribution there’s the franchising network on the national territory. There are also franchisees abroad: Lebanon, Prague, Cyprus, Malta and Chicago. New openings are scheduled in Dubai and in Turkey. Today Sorbino Group has more than 1500 clients all over the world: 900 in Italy, 350 in Europe and 250 out of EU, Asia and America. The Company is also investing on a “SORBINO” retail project with the opening of directly operated shops. 52 single brand Sorbino and 45 franchising stores were opened in the most important department stores in Italy.
